Is it safe to update plugins and themes?
Updates are handled carefully: a backup is needed before important actions, and key pages and functions are checked afterwards.
Do you make website backups?
Yes. File and database backups are included. Frequency depends on the plan and how often the website changes or receives orders.
What happens if the website breaks?
First, I identify the cause: update, plugin, theme, hosting, conflict or infection. Then the website is restored to working order and you receive a clear explanation.
Are small edits included?
Yes, plans include a defined amount of small edits: text, photos, links, contacts, prices, schedules and small page changes.
What is treated as a separate task?
Large new pages, complex integrations, custom design, major SEO work, website migration or new feature development are usually quoted separately.
Do you support WooCommerce?
Yes. For online stores, the Zen E-commerce plan covers cart, order, payment, delivery, updates and critical store functions.
Do I need to provide administrator access?

Can I start without a long contract?
