These are the main ongoing service formats: WordPress maintenance, website rental with buyout option, content management and support. The final price is confirmed after a short audit, so you do not pay for services you do not need.

WordPress maintenance

For websites that are already live and need regular care: updates, backups, security checks, small edits and support.

Zen Base

from €79 excl. VATper month

  • I reply within one business day. If the site is down or not taking orders, I start work within 4 business hours. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 (Paris, CET); requests sent in the evening or at the weekend are picked up at the start of the next business day.
  • Urgent work outside business hours — in the evening, at night or at the weekend — is possible by prior agreement, with a 50% surcharge on the cost of the work.
  • Maintenance can be stopped at any time: give 30 days’ notice before the next payment. There are no penalties and no minimum term for maintenance — the 12-month minimum applies only to website rental. The site stays yours: files, database, domain and access are handed over to you.

Website rental with buyout option

A way to launch a website without a large upfront development payment: initial setup, monthly rental, maintenance and clear buyout terms.

Content management

If the website needs regular updates, content management can be added to maintenance: text, images, pages, products, prices, menus, news and basic SEO fields.

Terms and price lock

The contract is fixed on the start date: the selected plan price is guaranteed not to change for 24 months if the scope remains the same. If public prices increase, that applies only to new clients.

  • All prices are shown excluding VAT.
  • The minimum term for a rental website is 12 months.
  • Early buyout is possible by paying the remaining months up to the 12-month minimum term plus the website buyout price.
  • Paid licences, custom integrations, larger development work and advertising are billed separately.

Pricing and payment FAQ

Explanations of “from” prices, excl. VAT pricing, setup, buyout and plan changes.

What does “from” mean?

“From” means the minimum price for a standard project. The final price depends on the number of pages, languages, features, content, integrations and support level.

What does HT mean?

HT means hors taxes: price excluding taxes. If VAT applies, the final TTC amount is shown on the invoice or commercial proposal.

Why is initial setup billed separately?

Because launching a website requires separate setup work: WordPress, structure, template, core pages, hosting and technical configuration.

Can I switch to another plan?

Yes. If the website grows or there are more tasks, the plan can be reviewed. New terms are agreed in advance and fixed in the proposal.

What is included in monthly maintenance?

It includes the agreed volume of updates, backups, checks, small edits and support. The higher the plan, the larger the volume and task priority.

What is billed separately?

Complex pages, new features, custom design, long texts, full SEO strategy, paid plugins, licences and special integrations may be billed separately.

Can the price increase for an existing client?

For an existing client, the selected plan price is fixed for 24 months if the scope remains the same. If public prices increase, that applies to new clients.

What if the project becomes more complex?

If the scope, number of pages, languages, features or support load changes, terms may be reviewed and agreed separately.

Can I get a contract or invoice?

Yes. Before starting, the scope, price, timeline, payment, buyout and support terms can be fixed in a written proposal or contract.

How do I know which plan to choose?

The simplest way is to send a website link and briefly describe the tasks. After reviewing it, I will suggest a plan without unnecessary services or weak spots.
