The minimum website rental term is 12 months. The contract fixes the date and service price: the selected plan price is guaranteed not to change for 24 months if the scope remains the same.
- If the public plan price increases, the increase applies only to new clients.
- The website can be bought out after 12 months at the price stated in advance.
- Early buyout is possible by paying the remaining months up to the 12-month minimum term plus the buyout price.
- After buyout, website files, database, content and administrator access are transferred. Hosting, support, updates and paid licences after buyout are billed separately unless the client stays on maintenance.

What does “website rental” mean?
It is a format where the client gets a ready website, hosting, maintenance and support in one monthly payment without a large upfront development fee.
What is included in the monthly payment?
The payment includes use of the website, technical maintenance, hosting, basic updates, backups and support within the agreed plan.
What is the minimum rental term?
The minimum website rental term is 12 months for all formats: one-page, service website and e-commerce.
What is initial setup?
Initial setup is the starting fee for preparing the project, configuring WordPress, the template, structure, core pages, technical setup and launch.
Who owns the domain?
The best option is to register the domain in the client’s name. If the domain is managed through Zen Webmaster, transfer terms are agreed in advance.
Can I buy out the website?
Yes. Buyout is possible after 12 months at the price stated in advance: €490 excl. VAT for one-page, €990 excl. VAT for a service website and from €1,990 excl. VAT for e-commerce.
Can I buy out the website before 12 months?
Yes, early buyout is possible. In that case, the client pays the remaining months up to the 12-month minimum term plus the buyout price.
What happens if payments stop?
After notice and the period stated in the contract, hosting and support may be suspended. Archive, transfer and buyout terms are agreed in advance.
Can the rental price change?
The selected plan price is fixed on the contract date and guaranteed not to change for 24 months if the scope remains the same. Price increases apply only to new clients.
How is rental different from a standard website build?
With a standard build, the client pays more upfront and handles maintenance separately. With rental, the website comes with support, hosting and a clear monthly payment from the start.
