This policy explains how Zen Webmaster collects and uses personal data submitted through zen-webmaster.fr, especially through contact forms.

1. Data controller
The data controller is Maksym Ohorodnikov, individual entrepreneur, SIREN 934 557 190, located at 72 rue de la Farandole, 13800 Istres, France. Contact: support@zen-webmaster.fr.
2. Data collected
The data collected depends on the form used. It may include name, email address, phone number, website URL, project name, business sector, city or region, technical information about the website, maintenance needs, pricing request, message content and any information voluntarily submitted by the user.
The website may also process technical navigation data: IP address, browser, operating system, language, visited URL, date and time of the request, cookie consent choices and information required for anti-spam protection.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Replying to requests: pre-contractual measures or consent when you submit a form.
- Preparing a quote or proposal: pre-contractual measures.
- Client support and follow-up: contract performance or legitimate interest.
- Securing the website and limiting spam: legitimate interest, including through Google reCAPTCHA v3.
- Measuring audience: user consent for Google Analytics 4 through the Complianz banner.
- Remembering cookie and language preferences: technical operation of the website and respect of user choices.
- Complying with accounting and tax obligations: legal obligation when commercial documents or invoices are issued.
4. Recipients
The data is intended for Zen Webmaster. It may be processed by technical providers required for the website and email to work: hosting, WordPress, Contact Form 7, Complianz, Polylang, email service, security or backup tools.
Google may also process certain technical data through Google reCAPTCHA v3 and Google Analytics 4 when you accept statistics cookies. These processing operations are governed by Google’s own terms and privacy policies.
Data is not sold or rented to third parties.
5. Retention periods
- Contact or quote requests: up to 3 years after the last exchange.
- Data related to a project, contract or support: during the client relationship, then limited archiving for evidence and administration.
- Accounting documents and invoices: according to the legal retention periods applicable to businesses.
- Cookie consent choices: duration defined by Complianz and resettable from the browser.
- Audience measurement data: according to Google Analytics 4 retention settings.
6. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing or data portability when these rights apply. To exercise your rights, write to support@zen-webmaster.fr.
If you believe that your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL: cnil.fr/fr/plaintes.
7. Security
Zen Webmaster applies reasonable measures to protect data: restricted access, passwords, backups, updates and security tools adapted to the website. No system can guarantee absolute security.
