Who is behind Zen Webmaster
My name is Maksym Ohorodnikov. I live in Istres (Bouches-du-Rhône) and work online across France. Zen Webmaster is me: a sole trader registered in France as a micro-entrepreneur, SIRET 934 557 190 00014.
More than 15 years in the web; my first site went live in 2007. I ran my own web studio — for one year we launched five sites a week. Since then I have worked with over twenty CMS platforms and more than a hundred online stores, so other people’s code and ageing sites do not scare me.
Before the web came eleven years in advertising and print, from courier to agency owner. That is why I look at a website as a tool rather than a layout: what a visitor understands in the first five seconds, and at which point they leave.
I trained as a teacher of computer science and physics and taught for three years. Hence the habit of explaining things plainly: you do not need to understand plugins, DNS or backups — that is my job, not yours.
Zen Webmaster is not an agency. You will not reach a first-line support desk, and you will not have to re-explain your task to every new account manager. You write to me, I answer, and I do the work.
What I don’t do: I don’t give legal, tax or immigration advice, and I don’t promise search engine rankings.
